A forensic evaluation takes many hours of interview, review of the history, and testing, and a proper assessment may require evaluation of all parties to the matter. A brief consultation may serve to give you ideas about how to proceed, but will not generally be sufficient to serve your purposes in litigation. It is not possible to respond to email inquiries about specific forensic situations without first establishing a working relationship. Generally, such a relationship is initiated by the party's attorney.
For information regarding the establishment of a career in forensic psychology, please see the American Psychology-Law Society site.
